2415 Crashes when playing video files [#18024]

Hi everytime i try to play a video file mm5 crashes #A14A303E with normal build and once i go through the steps of confirming all the popup windows then it starts playing in the background but with no video only sound. I installed the debug version and get the same thing. I have the k-lite codec pack installed and the mm5 codec pack. I have emailed the debug logs and here are the ones i captured i tried 2 different videos one was .mp4 and the other .mkv
