Exception when selecting all tracks in grid view [#18107]

Post by TIV73 »

Hi,
There is a reproducible error in revision 2420 when trying to select tracks when using grivdiew. The steps to reproduce are:
- Expand the Entire Library node and select the Albums Node
- Change the view to Grid (by Album)
- Click on any of the available albums to expand its tracklist
- Click on any of the tracks to select it
- Press Ctrl + A
=> This will trigger a rangeerror exception.

Note that this is not specific to any collection or node, I was able to trigger the exception for any node I tried with the steps above, as long as gridview was used. Also see crash log A14A6BE6.

That's weird. I managed to trigger the exception on a newly installed windows 10 VM with a fresh install of mediamonkey.

Edit: I just had a quick look at the issue, and the description says to set the view to List (by Album), which works fine for me. I can only trigger the exception when using view Grid (by Album). Here's a video of all the steps if you need additional reference to reproduce:

Thanks for reporting!

I can replicate consistently too.
Corrected the description and raised the priority: https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=18107 to be fixed asap
