I have already mention that in my original post, It's on the Windows 10 Pro Desktop PC
Some Times File explorer has Displayed proper semicolon in column, but in column does not show the semicolon and . Same file in Directory Opus 12 does not Displayed any semicolon in and the Column. Please See the screenshot below.

Hi,
It is possible and very common implementation error that ; is omitted and that only when there is ;; it show correctly as it is.
Also multi values in Mp3s are separated by Zero byte so application that reads value needs to replace it with Separator character eg. ;

Can you please try with latest MM version from viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86639&sd=d
Also make sure that in MM options you have enabled ID3v2.4 and not ID3v2.3 tag support.
