the problem I'm having

Post by crawdad63 »

The files jump track. the only thing I can liken it to is when vinyl hits a huge scratch.

Code: Select all

I'm not sure if this can be heard but you can see in the video where it happens. The song doesn't go back to the beginning though .It goes to random points in the song.

I also question why I wasn't told I was paying US$24.95 to be a guinea pig. Very deceptive on your part.

Video is blocked by YouTube.

Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using? Can you please describe more of your setup? Are you playing a local file, are you playing on the internal player, what file type(s), is only that file affected and does the jump occur within the file or is it jumping to another file?

Do the same files skip if you play from an internal drive?

Do you mean that FLAC's played from an internal drive skip?

Have you tried switching the Output Plug-in you're using: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/kno ... corrupted/

After 2 weeks the problem has not resurfaces since you had me change the settings. I still cannot highlight multiple files using the mouse. I can still highlight a file press shift and click on the last file I want. Cannot do it by sweeping over the files with my mouse
