Hello !
I used Musicmatch Jukebox, and since it´s not developped anymore I switched to MediaMonkey some weeks ago.
I have a very wide music library, and I like to listen to different kinds of music, but i don´t use a lot of saved playlists.
The problems :
Navigating in the library is very boring and long due to the fixed form of the folder tree view. Expanding the tree, scrolling down, expand again, find one track, etc. takes a lot of time because of bad keyboard navigation organization (from my point of view).
Some solutions ?
--> A search feature in the folder tree view (or a folder tree view in the search mode) that displays albums and/or artists, and/or playlists instead of hundreds of tracks ?
--> A possibility to isolate the library view to help keyboard navigation (eg : I would like to type the name or the first letters of an artist´s name to find it in the library, at the moment it only works with the first letter, and in my library there is a very large number of artists with their name beginning with the same letter).
A few possible improvements (some of them already proposed) :
--> Multilple libraries
--> A "move" or "backup" library feature
--> a "drag and drop" directly from the windows explorer to a playlist for example
How do I disable beeing redirected to amazon every time I click on an artist´s name in the player ? I don´t want to buy tracks that I already have ?

Multiple Libraries: Try Filters: http://www.mediamonkey.com/sw/webhelp/f ... monkey.htm
Move Library: For songs use Tools > Auto-Organize Files for database see: http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/inde ... ticleid=46
Backup Library: Try Backup Script: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... kup+script
D&D from Win Explorer, don't this can be done as tracks need to be in the library, you can use the Location and My Computer nodes for the same folder based navigation as Windows Explorer.

And you can type in the Explorer Tree to get to where you need to be. Also try right click on track and Find More From.
