Like I said, a moderator or dev will add it into Mantis. generally the topic will have the bug number appended to the title (but of course if there are several topics for a wish, not every topic will have the number appended).
And if the devs decide that it doesn't need to be there is there any way to find out?
No, not really. Features are prioritized. I don't think there are usually situations where whole features are "ruled out", per se. It's more like certain features are prioritized over others due to forum popularity, ease of implementation, etc.

Can someone tell me if this was implemented in MM4?

Basically to have the option to rightclick on a playlist and add or remove that playlist to or from the synclist of a device (without having to open the playlist config screen and having to scroll through all the playlists until you find the one that you want).

Ah. Then no. I think that could be pretty complicated when you consider users have multiple devices.

I don't see why that would be complicated at all. It's exactly the same as using the sync config screen only much faster. I'm sure it's very easy to implement.

No, it can't be the same, because the sync config is only for 1 device at a time.

No, it can't be the same, because the sync config is only for 1 device at a time.
Yet it is remembered for multiple devices. At least that is how it did work and should work, but currently doesn't for me. Hoping MM4 will fix, but that's another issue.

But if the sync config can remember it's configs for different devices then this info can be accessed. It should be easy to have a menu option that says 'add to sync list for device' and then have a list of all devices that have a sync config saved.

I'm just bumping this again, hopefully a dev will look at this.

Summary of the request:

Make it possible that using the 'send to device' option for a specific playlist actually flags said playlist in the sync list for the device chosen so the playlist will continue to be synced in the future instead of just once.

Additionally add the option to the right-click menu for a playlist to remove it from the sync list for a specific device profile. Although the latter has become less needed since in MM4 it has become easier to remove specific playlist from the sync list with the 'hide unsynced playlists' in the device profile tab.
