Wifi sync doesn't keep folder structure ?

Hi,

On my PC, my music is stored physicly with this folder structure:

Genre\Album artist\Album (year)\track

I tried a wifi sync to my android S3 mini smartphone and i'm surprised to see that the folder structure isn't respected :

Artist\Album\Track

Why ?

Probably you need to configure this manually. Go to Portable Device Sync, select your device, then Configure. Under Options you should see File Locations, and clicking that will bring up the "sync files to" options.

You are correct that this is the default operation. I do not know if that is configurable though as the default is acceptable to me. If it turns out that the configuration you want isn't available, you can always request the feature be added.

I found my device but i'm suprised to see that the plugin file is the same than my others "USB" device :

Yes, it is used for MTP devices and even with wifi sync a Device Profile will be made in MMW. This Device Profile has more options that the wifi sync options on MMA, including options for destination on device.

Thanks, i will restart a fresh sync by starting with USB (30GB), then i will try to update with wifi sync.
