I use dropbox to download my songs and audiobooks to my Galaxy S3. After I download the files, all the property are greyed out, MM does not recognize audiobooks (think they are music), all of them have length of 0:00, and none of the music can be added to playlist (came back as invalid tracks). But if I just kept pressing different options, eventually MM would do a "refresh" (the looping circle appears), after the "refresh" was done ... all were recognized and function properly. If there a certain steps to force the "refresh" to happen?

MMA uses the Android Media System (at least for now) and thus depends on it. Refresh may take a bit sometimes.
