Properties dialog corrupted when switching tabs

Hello,

when switching tabs in the file properties dialog, very often the new tab does not show correctly, some contents of the previous tab are still showing, creating a big mess:

I am currently using the beta 4.1.0.1664, but had this problem since many official 4.0.x.x versions. The options dialog shows the same symptoms, sometimes.
My PC is still quite quick, quadcore, 8 GB RAM, SSD drive. No other installed software shows this symptom.
I searched the forum to some extent but did not find a similar report or fix yet.

What could be the problem?

Great, this fixed it, many thanks. I was on Nvidia version 311.06, now it's 327.23, I'll post in the other thread as well for reference.
