Updated files not synced from MMW to MMA [#11210]

Updated files of different bitrate but same tags are not synced from MMW to MMA. For example, I synced my music collection to MMA, then updated some mp3 to higher bitrate on MMW, but after several sync attempts MMA library is not updated and holds older, lower bitrate files.

Did you replace the files with higher bitrate ones or did you re-encode? Did you rescan the files into the Library?

I did replace the files (used different program to re-encode). MMW is setup to scan the music folder after each run (folder monitor), so the updated files were scanned to the library.

Does MMW show a changed timestamp?

I haven't tested this out yet, but it makes sense to me, since there's a very similar bug at:

Although...in your case, if there's a new timestamp for the files in question, they should have been synced. So can you clarify: are the old files and the new files identically named and timestamped?

MP3 Tags were the same, file size and the timestamps are different. Timestamp is newer on PC than the files on Android device.
