Hi --
I'm using MMA 1.0.4.204 Beta. When using MMA to listen to tunes present on my phone (SD card of a Sony Xperia Z1, Android 4.2), the music stops very often, in the middle of tunes. The app doesn't crash, I just have to put back play. I did not report that bug before because I am mainly listening to music on my phone using bluetooth earphones. I thought the issue could come from the bluetooth connection or from the fact that the music was on a SD card.
However, I now listen also to music from a tablet Acer A700 on Android 4.1, without any bluetooth connection and with the music not being on a SD card and have exactly the same behavior: the music stops in the middle of some tunes and have to put back play myself. Quite annoying.
Cheers

Re: Playback stops alone
Hi MonkeyStrut,
I'm not able to replicate this behaviour on a Nexus 5 running kitkat or GS3 running 4.1. In both tests I just played the content via a speaker and left it.
Is there something else that you're doing besides just leaving it playing? e.g. play/pause via a widget or lock screen? etc.

Re: Playback stops alone
I have also seen this issue but not frequently. It has happened to me three times in the last four months. Every time was on my Nexus 4 while driving and playing media through the car's bluetooth. Since it has only happened while driving I haven't been able to submit a debug log yet, but I will as soon as it happens when I can park.

I believe that this might be the same as: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=11685 , which should be fixed in the next build.
