As WAV is set as Supported Format and your conversion rules or for Incompatible Audio no conversion will take place for WAV files. Either remove WAV from Supported Format or create a new conversion rule for WAV to MP3.

Okay, thank you.
If I say that the device does not support wav that would probably be easiest. So I just remove it from the 'supported' list?
I had already set the conversion rule for wav to m4a, as I don't want mp3, but this didn't do the trick. I guess the incompatible Audio is the way to go.

No you didn't, at least not according to your screenshot that you posted. You only have incompatible format rules active there.mediamonkeychick wrote: I had already set the conversion rule for wav to m4a, as I don't want mp3, but this didn't do the trick. I'll take another look. It's hard to read at a resolution of 3200x1800, so probably didn't see it very well. I thought that top box was checked, now I see it wasn't, for example, just by looking at the screen shot.
Thanks
