wifi sync not working

I just spent the money to purchase mediamonkey pro on my android phone because i wanted to use the wifi sync feature. However after hours of trying it still will not work and I've gone through many of your forum discussions following the tips and procedures that you guys indicated to make it work and nothing has and I am getting frustrated

Is Mediamonkey the only app that doesn't work properly with your wifi?

If you're using a router, did you configure it to give your android phone full privileges?

Make sure that MediaMonkey is running on your PC and that the DLNA server is enabled under Tools --> Options --> Media Sharing (UPnP/DLNA). Also check the options for the DLNA server to see if your Android device is allowed access.
