because seems the last version has some problem downloading lyrics
2) is there a option to looking for lyrics for every tracks?
or have i to click always lookup lyrics for each track
i know it's a gold feature

Yes, it still looks lyrics up.
What do you consider the last version?
There is Tools > Options > Library > Metadata Lookup > something like, Look for lyrics automatically
(when you select them)
However, I wouldn't leave this setting on all the time, maybe periodically when you are on a "looking for lyrics binge".

No, lyrics are written to TAGs, but you can always copy/paste that to LRC
