Initial Screen - Grant Access, but Everything Works

Hi,
I'm not certain if this is a bug or not?
I have v1.2.0608 of MMA.
When I first launch the app, I get a screen that says Grant access at the top and it says MediaMonkey needs access to the following in order to sync or edit media content within:
SD Card
/Playlists/
/Music/

I just transfer over mp3 files myself at this time. I'm not using any sync functions. If I use the phone (device) back button, then the normal start up screen comes up. This screen has icon buttons like: Albums, Artists and Album Artists, Tracks, Playlists, Composers, Genres, Video, Podcasts, Audiobooks, Folders, Classical Music, Sync Now and UPnP

SoooOOOoooo... Is there a tutorial on how to "sync"? Can I sync a folder on my Android SD Card with a folder on my home network?
