New Irulu Tablet - New Install Issue

I just got a new Irulu tablet and am using 32GB micro SD card.

I installed MediaMonkey Pro.

I can't get past the initial setup where I'm supposed to find and save my music location. The screen shows 'Private' instead of 'SD Card'. There's some directions indicating a rights issue with the card. The directions don't work and I can't continue with the initial installation. I don't know how to change whatever the rights need to be. There's nothing in the Android system settings. Mt tablet is a iRULU Tablet PC eXpro X1s, running Android 5.1.

I sure could use some help.

Hi,
On install and Options -> Choose folders MMA should ask you to allow access to SDCard and drive you thru wizard that will let you choose SDCard and allow.

Can you tell us isn't that happen? If no, can you install MediaMonkey again, no need to reinstall Pro

I'm returning the tablet for a different model. The software installed fine on an older Irulu 4.4 Android tablet. I'll see how it goes with the new one.
