Wifi sync stopped working

MM pro
Windows 10

I have successfully synced over wi-fi a number of times. Today it is refusing connection. All the key elements are there, nothing at all has changed. Sync is enabled in the device profile. It synced perfectly a few days ago.
Any ideas as to how I can unpick this?

I have MM running on two machines and for the first time ever my MMA was trying to sync with a different PC.
