Wi-Fi Sync fails after MM4 update

Updated this morning to MediaMonkey 4.1.18.1852 ( I always stay current with latest), now MMA Wi-Fi Sync fails (version 1.3.0.0694) "Completed with errors" "Failed to download". The playlist is created on my phone, but none of the tracks transfer. All of the tracks are listed in the "Failed to download" message, so the phone and desktop are able to talk to each other.

What can I do to figure out what has broken?

If I go to UPnP in MMA, I see folders, playlists, files correctly on MMW, but if I try to play a track I see a "server inaccessible" message. How do I proceed?

Please open support ticket and supply us with the log as described at http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=26&t=69

It is mostlikely something sinle (that log should show us) or if it is teh case of an BUG then we should handle it and resolve.

Thanks for the quick reply. As I went in to create the log, I noticed MMW wasn't showing artwork and tracks listed in Now Playing were grayed out. On a hunch I looked at the properties of the shortcut I was launching from and found I had somehow lost a setting.

I went into Advanced shortcut properties and re-checked Run as administrator, and everything was right in my world again.

OK, I am proved wrong. Now Playing grayed out again and artwork missing again. I haven't rechecked MMA syncing yet. I'll try to figure out how to generate these logs to submit a support ticket later today when I get a chance.

fyi, MMA 1.3.1.732 was released--you should update since it includes a variety of sync fixes that may resolve your sync problems.

If you still have an issue please report with details/logs as discussed previously.
