Galaxy S8

Not sure how this keeps happening but I plug in my samsung S8...syncs fine. Next time I plug it in, it's called S8(1)......then there's an S8(2) and it just keeps making device profiles. Any suggestions what i'm doing wrong, it's one device, one computer, same cord plugged in yet I keep getting this? So when I sync it's re-adding all 3000 tracks to my phone and it takes forever.

Which version of MMA and MMW?

I have the same problem attempting to sync to a Samsung S8+, a new profile is added, using usb.

MMW version: 4.1.19.1859
MMA version 1.3.1.0745

edit: although with further testing I am starting to think that this is a Samsung problem as the SD Cards do not consistently show up as available storage ....

If the phone doesn't recognize the SD card well it may be the card that is faulty or unsupported.
