After another round of iTunes and IOS updates, my iPod Touch has stopped syncing properly with MediaMonkey again.
Audiobooks don't appear at all.
Albums appear with their album art and track listing but all but the first track are greyed out and unplayable.
I am running iOS 11.3, iTunes 12.7.4.80 and the latest beta build of MediaMonkey 4.
Any ideas on how to fix the issue this time?

Following a tip I found on here, I have updated the Apple USB driver and it seems to have fixed it.
