This is not good at all. Must be a way to debug de file? Open a support ticket or something?

Ok. But what exactly is lost?
I have my playlists synced to MMA, and my folders with my tracks intact and their metadata (hopefully).
Is this the right time to upgrade to MM5?

Most metadata should be saved in the files tags (by default), but Play History and Playlists will be lost (MMA may have enough of both for synced files/Playlists). Also some settings and Podcast subscriptions will be lost.

A sync between MMW and MMA when allowing sync from device to PC should sync back relevant file information and Playlists. However AutoPlaylists remain lost as MMA uses them as static Playlists.
