My Ratings on Properties dialog is always empty

There was a previous post with this exact issue:

The bug was closed. But the issue is either not fixed, or is broken again.

It happens everytime I right click on a track that already has a rating. My Rating is always empty.

I have the latest version of MMW5.

Ratings work just fine, can you please provide more details of the exact steps that this happens for you?
