Silent night
Since updating to MM5, not a single decibel of sound has emerged from my speakers. Any suggestions, beyond going back to the safety of MM4?
Re: Silent night
Hi,
That is very strange, are you sure that Volume controll is not turned off (down right all to the left) and also that MM was not muted in Windows Volume mixer.
Do Progress bar moves at all?
Can you try other output plugins (Right click on player -> Player (Options) -> output plugins)

Thanks, but it doesn't seem to be a volume thing. The slider remains stubbornly still.Peke wrote: ↑Tue Nov 28, 2023 3:25 pm Hi,

Re: Silent night
Thank you. Sorry to be dim, but how do I open a support ticket? I expect this should be obvious to me, but it's not.

Re: Silent night
For the sake of anyone else dim enough to encounter this problem, Peke sorted it out by discovering that my library had been populated from a media server rather than the shared folder. Now it all works beautifully, with many thanks to Peke.
