I have MMW5 and MMA working perfectly for a long time.
I got a new PC and I used a different windows profile name. I copied the Music folder from the old profile to the new profile folder. I then installed MMW5. I had backed up the Roaming\MediaMonkey5 folder and overwrote the fresh install with the old DB files.
Then I chose this method to update the location of the music files:
Select the Media File(s) you want to find, and select File > Locate Moved/Missing files from the Main Menu (Gold Feature).
MMW5 can play the music just fine. But when I sync from my Android phone, the MMW5 screen goes white, and eventually the MMA app eventually will crash before sync is complete.
One thing I did notice is that the music file path used to have a DriveID, but now it has a drive letter.
Any ideas?

Which Build (Help > About) of MMW are you using and are you doing a wi-fi or USB Sync?

MMW->5.0.4.2693
I used WiFi sync first, then I also tried USB and got the same result.
