UI Freezes On Use of Horizontal Scroll Bar

Hey there!

Couldn't find this as a known bug, but I may have just missed it.

Since upgrading to 5.1.0.2832, if I use my mouse to move the main window's horizontal scroll bar, the entire UI freezes, necessitating an END TASK to kill. Scrolling L to R by highlighting a "row" and then using the arrow keys works fine. Happens in both maximized and smaller window sizes, and is, so far, 100% reproducible.

Did it showed Crash log on white screen after aprox 20 seconds?
Please generate debug log using latest MM 5.1 Beta and if possible do a screen recording so that we have all aspects of your enviroment in order to locate error.

No. It just freezes. No crash log. When I hit END TASK via Task Manager, it goes white for about 4 seconds, then is closed.

I will download the debug version and try to get the log to you sometime tomorrow or Monday.
