MM5 always "saving tags", takes forever...what is it doing?

So... yeah i know that title i a mess but i am really unsure what i am even asking about here

Whenever Media Monkey is open i have a loading bar at the bottom with the non descriptor "saving tags". This is never above 10%

My main questions are:
- What's actually going on here? What tags are being saved?
- Why is it so slow? Files are on a local HDD and Library size is only aboud 20k tracks
- is there any way to speed this up?
- Do i have to let it finish once? or can i close and reopen MM and it will carry on from where its stopped? Since its taking so long i am not sure what it is doing.

That would generally follow some edits. Are you (or Addons you use) editing tags prior to this starting? Which Build (Help > About) are you seeing this on?
