Can't sync to iPhone 16 Pro Max

MM recognizes my phone, but when I click Send to iPhone, MM says it's copying to iPhone, but the icon just sits there spinning forever. I'm using MM 2024.0.0.3082, and iTunes is 12.13.5.3

Can you please try with the latest MediaMonkey 2024.1 build? Does the issue persist?

I think I figured it out. I read somewhere that the programs Apple Music and Apple Devices that were on my PC, can cause issues, so I removed them. I was able to then sync a couple songs, but after the songs synched to my phone, my phone disappeared in MM. I had to keep unplugging and plugging my phone in a few times to get MM to see it again. That issue might be a cable issue though. I'll update to the newest version of MM and get a new cable. I was able to get a few albums synched though.

I installed 2024.1.0.3108 RC-1 and my phone still keeps disappearing every once in awhile in MM. When I first plug my phone in, it shows up in MM, but after about 30 seconds, it disappears. If I unplug and plug the phone back in, it will show in MM and it does stay sometimes for an album sync or two, but then eventually disappears. The weird thing is that it always shows in Windows, even when it's not showing in MM, so I don't know if I can blame the cable. If it was the cable, wouldn't it disappear in Windows too?

Do try a different cable and port on the PC. Does iTunes still see the device when MediaMonkey doesn't anymore?

iTunes has never shown my phone.

That may be the source of the issue. iTunes should be able to show the phone, MediaMonkey relies on iTunes components to see the phone.

Because it is not working it is very possible that MM tries to Recognize/Identify Connected Apple device but it fails as it is is not authorized by iTunes to be used on your PC. Which mens that you first need to see it in iTunes and then use just MM for Sync.

I've read that I'm not the only one who's phone isn't recognized in iTunes, and that iTunes isn't used for music anymore? Supposedly Apple Music program is the new iTunes.
