Autoswitch to Denon not working since upgrading

Since I upgraded to the latest build, 1.0.3113, when playing to my Denon AVR-S660H, my Denon no longer auto switches to that channel. This worked previous to this build.

I have taken several troubleshooting steps:
- changed related DLNA settings
- deleted Denon profile and re-created
-re-shared medialibrary

To no avail. None of my settings changed so I wonder if this is a bug.

Are you playing from MediaMonkey (MMW) to the Denon? What if you downgrade MediaMonkey, does the problem go away?
