I'm very puzzled about this. There were init faults before so that area of the code has already undergone alot of scrutiny and anaylsis. I'm expecting some form of conflict with something else in your system.treponem wrote: I already set the debug value in the registry to "2" (MM closed), but this was the only message I got & MM was still running at that time. I just deleted the SongsDB entry, started MM, got the same error. I reopened the registry, set the debug to 2, but "[5616] iTunes Plugin 19:07:40 ItunesDone" is all I get... I had no filtering activated.
Ok, just installed the debug version of MM 3.2; On startup, "Error during player initialization" appears, DebugView says "[2168] iTunes Plugin 19:17:00 ItunesDone". Weird.
As a reference this is my startup debugview. You can see the ItunesDone at the very end.

* OK, can you repeat the exercise and show some of the messsages before and after "[2168] iTunes Plugin 19:17:00 ItunesDone" so that I can understand the context a little better.
* Please list any other plugins that you have installed (I use Advanced Duplicate Find and Fix, Export M3Us, Magic Nodes and SqlViewer)
* Confirm that you are running as administrator. (I do)
* List out your Windows, MM and iTunes versions (Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, MM 3.2.0.1294, iTunes 9.0.3.15)
And finally, is anyone else still having issues like this? zeeno, jfarr? It would also be useful to have feedback that others are running sucessfully too.
