Yes thank you Jiri,
Really appreciate you keeping up up to speed
Patience aren't incredibly easy but much easier when you know there is progress
Thanks a ton and hope that the Hurricane didn't effect you too much

My comment on the page before was meant to be taken in the same vein of humor as "The Simpsons". Specifically, Homer. I hope you and those you know weren't detrimentally affected by the hurricane.
Let me say that progress updates on the status of the Android Player are very welcome. It would be interesting if public read-only access was given to the github repo (assuming that's what you're using) so we can see what you're doing. If you open source the software, others can help you in fixing it up and making it amazing. Thanks for all your hard work, and I do intend to purchase this app. I'll even give money to my lady so she can purchase it as well. I want all of you devs to know you're appreciated.

The last missing piece to my happiness is the MM Android app.
Not sure if you already are looking at this, but Ratings in the app are one of the features I would look for mostly.
Appreciate the work everyone is doing very much.!!!!

Re: MM Android Player
Will MMA allow me to view the MM database on my tablet? While listening to my music on Sonos, using a tablet as a controller, I would like to be able to open MMA to view tags such as involved people (supporting artists).

Damn, every time I get an update notice on this thread I think maybe it's been released. Anxiously waiting!
Re: MM Android Player
I would doubt this as this probably involves DLNA which has limited tag support.mjkassoc wrote:I would like to be able to open MMA to view tags such as involved people (supporting artists).

Re: MM Android Player
Wireless sync is pretty spiffy. I've tried that with WinAmp and liked it, except... WinAmp only places the wirelessly-sync'd tracks into the main storage rather than the SD card. D'oh! I hope MM avoids that mistake.jiri wrote:FYI, the latest status is that we are pretty happy with most the application, but need to tune some details in the wi-fi sync (yes, there's gonna be a very nice wi-fi sync implementation).
Re: MM Android Player
Yes it avoids that mistake, in MMA you will be able to configure what will go onto internal memory and what will go onto SD card.

Re: MM Android Player
Where should we look for this to be announced? Can you post to this thread? I'm not really watching anywhere else.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Re: MM Android Player
Will MMA be released with Android 4.2 in mind? Specifically, I'm referring to the Multi-User support. From what I understand, the SD Card mount is split up by users. Main User is /sdcard/0 and the next /sdcard/1, and on and on.
Also, will there be gesture support like in PowerAmp?
