I'd still recommend using at minimum: \Music\Audio files\<Album Artist>\<Album>\<Filename>

And what about the artwork? Choose for 'Sync all artwork to file folders' and/or 'Copy artwork to file tag'?

I prefer copy Artwork to tag.
