My MMW is 4.1.15 but ma MMA shows 1.3.0.0684.
I now saw that one playlist contains tracks (the half of the tracks which are in this playlist in MMW) but all others are still empty. I don't know why the one is no longer empty and the others are still empty.

I'd personally start completely fresh on the device. This would make sure that no past issues keep getting in the way.

Re: Synchronizing my folder structure to a smartphone
I deleted everything which came from MM onto my device. Then I made a reset of the synchronization settings in MMW.
After that I made a new synchronization between MMW and MMA.
Result: All mp3 files seem to be on the device. Also all playlists exist but again they are empty.
Is it necessary to make any settings for the playlists? I just made settings for the destination path to get the same structure for my mp3 files on my computer and my device. I did not find any setting which could change the content of a playlist.
EDIT:
I now saw that there exists a folder "Playlists" on my device but this folder is empty. In MMA I see playlists but empty. I don't know where these playlists are saved. Perhaps this is a reason for the problem?!?

Default settings for Playlists should work.

I make an USB sync.
Re: Synchronizing my folder structure to a smartphone
Then capture the sync in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=12&t=69
A log (from About screen) of you opening MMA after the sync and viewing the Playlists being empty likely will be helpful. Note the logID in your Support Ticket.
