Have you updated to MediaMonkey 5.0.5?

I'm a bit embarrassed but its been so long since I did the last update that I have forgotten how to install updates. I have downloaded the MediaMonkey_5.0.5.2695.exe file. Is it just a matter of exiting MM5 then clicking the MediaMonkey_5.0.5.2695.exe file?

This problem has returned ... for me at least.....

I have tried the published solutions of deleting the GPUCACHE temp files, and went further deleting all MediaMonkey files in Users\Temp to no avail.

The automated lookup is working for most of the albums I have just added to my database this morning, but the result for Supertramp 'Breakfast In America' was incorrect, so I was trying the manual lookup in the artwork tab in Properties. It is not just this album it is not working for, I tried correcting a few others that have been wrong for a while. No manual lookups are working.

I checked for updates, I'm on the latest release. Is it some problem with Google cookes which is not visible?

Just tried on the latest 2024.2 beta and MediaMonkey found the Artwork for the Album. Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using?

It is Windows 11. I'm not sure it has worked at all since I installed MM5 Gold on my new PC, I've only added more music a couple of times in the 5 months I've had it, I've resored to Googling the album art myself and save it, but I thought it worth reporting as I did several more today. As I say the automated background finds are working but not the manual lookups.

Please confirm with MediaMonkey 2024.2 when update to confirm that it still doesn't work for you.

Hi. I've installed 2024.2.0.3162. restarted my PC, and the manual artwork lookup still does not work, just the in progress icon spinning indefinitely. THanks fot your attention on this.

Thank you. I have raised ticket 12539 with a debug log.

To close the loop: this issue was radeon driver-related and fixed by using the AMD cleanup utility.
