Syncing Slow/Won't Sync

Recently while trying to sync MMW to MMA, I keep getting an error message that syncing has "timed out" and I should reboot. I have seen that others have this same problem, and so I just click "okay" and allow the devices to continue to sync. The problem is, they never finish syncing. I am only trying to sync fewer than 100 files, and it has always worked in the past, but the process keeps ending with "problems syncing the following tracks," which is most of the tracks. Only a few tracks get synced over to MMA after nearly two hours of trying to sync this small number of tracks. Help!

synch one playlist at a time. Takes a Long time but it works on my iPhone 13
