Album MusicBrainz info missing [#19246]

I'm new to using MediaMonkey 5 and I've just installed v5.0.3.2627. I've made no changes to any options and the only addon I've installed is Codec Pack Trial v3.0.6.

I've just added a few albums to get started with but I have one album that isn't showing the album information from MusicBrainz. When I go to Switch / Edit (Album) it has the correct entry selected. There is definitely album information displayed on the MusicBrainz website. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Thanks, but regardless of where it comes from, that doesn't answer my question. Why is the info not showing up in MM5?
