Long press a file on a Media Server and from the 3 dot menu you can select download.

However you may want to check out Sync to get files from MediaMonkey for Windows 5 to MediaMonkey for Android

Did you read the link? It explains on how to setup Sync in MMW5. After that you can wi-fi Sync from MMA.
