Downloads from Panasonic DVD/Freeview box

I am new to MMW and recently purchased a licensed copy.

I have some recordings on my Panasonic DMR-PWT550 recorder / DVD player.

From MMW on Windows 11 system, I can see the files and am able to download them one at a time. I have set the downloads to "1" file at a time in MMW as the Panasonic recorder can only handle one file at a time.

If I add two or more files to the download queue, the first file downloads, then MMW halts, until I highlight the second file and click on "resume".

Are there any settings I can change so that all the files queued in the download list get downloaded?

I had already set the "Number of concurrent downloads" to "1" as the Panasonic recorder cannot handle more. Is there any specific setting I am looking for?

Please capture the failure of starting the next download in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: viewtopic.php?t=86643

This may show why this is happening.

is there a solution for this? I have the same behavior. the downloads from the download list do not continue automatically, and must be continued manually.

Hi,
As pointed by Lowlander in viewtopic.php?p=509077#p509077 we need debug log in order to see why Panasonic do not send next file apron MM request.

Unfortunately, only after that we can see if there/what is solution for the problem.
