F12 - F24 Keys not able to bind to [#20190]

I am unable to bind actions to the f13 - f24 keys. This would be useful for keyboards with reprogrammable buttons.

Hello, yeah, that program detected them correctly.

I am using them as i can rebind the volume knob on my keyboard to them and then have only mediamonkey recognise it instead of it just being a windows wide volume control.
