[REQ] Resume playing from Android to PC

I don't know how feasible this is, but since wifi / local server sync allows for playback count sync I assume it's not pie-in-the sky.

I would love a feature that allows my android playback to sync over to pc when I come home. Ideally, this would swap over what I'm playing from android to pc and start playing it on my pc speakers instead. (so pause on android and resume on pc)

This is my dream feature. Been using MM off and on since 2010.
