Headphones output only one channel

This seems like MM but its strange.
I have new vanilla MM. Windows 11
When I play music out to headphones, it only outputs one channel. Not if I output to speakers. This behavior is in no other app.
I tried using all three output plug-ins and the same thing happens. If I use MM to force output to speakers, both channels. If I force it to headphones, one channel. I have used the Realtek audio software and the windows software to play with balance and they don't seem to be problem.
Again, only in mediamonkey and only headphone output.

Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey, and are you wired (aux or USB) in or using Bluetooth?

Check the Equalizer to see if Balance is set in the center.

Equalizer fixed it! Sorry I should have checked that but it wasn't/isn't on.
