Sync \ Database Error Continued

Recently whenever I try to sync my cell phone or tablet with the Database\Library on my PC an error message pops up on my PC saying "The database seems to be corrupted. Attempt to fix it?"
If I click on yes it appears to fix the database, however when I try to initiate a sync I am confronted with the same message.
If I click on no
Application Error
Application throw an exception Could not retrieve data
"SELECT Songs.*
FROM Songs
WHERE ( Songs.TrackType in (0,4,3) ) AND Songs.Rating>=76 AND Songs.Rating<=85" : database disk image is malformed (11, 11)
Would you like to restart MediaMonkey in Safe mode?
And i am given the usual choices "Restart", "Restart In Safe mode", or "Continue"
I have also tried Database Management and checked all maintenance options to no avail.
Any suggestions, I am a little apprehensive about "Clear Database" and "Reset Settings" options as my Library is pretty extensive, and yes I do have backups.

Still Happening
I have done clean installs on both android devices as well as a clean install of MMW, nothing seems to fix the issue, I have had very brief intervals where sync works properly but very short and infrequent. A crasz loq was sent C33D0000 and i included an explanation linking to this post. I have the same issue now syncing via USB and WiFi, sometimes I can plug the android device into the PC and it will update or sync on its own in the background, but if I initiate the sync through the android device the PC MMW freezes with the corrupt database error. The android devices are a Samsung S23Ultra and a Blackview Tab 16pro, I included the PC breakdown in #9038. I have captured a new DebView log and will submit it when asked.
Thanks
