Can you elaborate what you mean by this and what type of sync you are referring to?

Everytime i change anything in MM4 i want to see the changes on my phone instantly. I.e. changing ratings...

Sounds like a request to push to the phone rather than having the phone pull updates. That would require some kind of a service on MMA running in the background all the time. If this is included, I'd personally prefer a way to disable it to avoid battery drain.
