Analyse volume

Post by Vaganzza »

Is it normal that when I select a lot of mp3's to analyse the volume it takes more time (> 1 minute) per track? If I select for example 5 tracks then it just takes seconds per track... That a huge difference with 200k mp3's...

PS: I know that it takes longer with long tracks (such as a mix of an hour or longer). I talk about tracks up to 10 minutes.

Yes, when multiple tracks are selected it also checks for tracks of the same album, to do album leveling as well as track leveling. This process takes a little longer.

Pretty sure that it always calculates both, the option is just whether to use album or track volume.

Ok, that will be the reason. This should be an option to untick ;)
