Cannot login -user name/password not accepted

This is driving me nuts - the site will not accept my username/password, I cannot contact the publisher because the site requires me to insert my user name/password -can someone please help? At this stage I feel like I have blown my cash for buying the Gold subscription.

If you're trying to login to the support or forum website, it is an independent user account from the user account created/used to purchase MediaMonkey. You may have never created one here.

I am trying to login but it has rejected me over and over, so now I am locked out, It says:

You have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts allowed.
In addition to your username and password the invisible reCAPTCHA v3 will be used to authenticate your session.


Any help with what to do.

Are you sure that you do not have any badly written/setup ADS/Cookie blockers (I am very strict to those and login works for me) that block one time session expiring cookie used by recaptcha?
