Is there anyway to move or copy mma playlists from one cellphone to another?

You should be able to assign a playlist to more than one device.

I'm not running the desktop version. I want to copy DIRECTLY from one phone to another, even if I copy to the desktop and then back to the second phone.

If you are not Running Desktop Version and TRacks on Device and Desktop version are paired then NO you can't directly transfer playlists to another device.
