Sync profile possible with Internal storage+SD Card

Hi, so I would really appreciate any help with a sync profile that doesn't allow for duplicates.
So im running out of space on my 64 GB SD card but i have about 40 GB fee in the internal storage of my LG V20.
I have had it where podcasts sync to the Internal Storage + Music syncs to the SD Card but now with space, if there are playlists on each drive that might have same song, duplicates are created in the Android Library.
Is there any way to have playlists with same song on each drive and not be duplicates in the library?

You could use AutoPlaylist with the Criteria Synchronization Status isn't synced to and select the other memory. I'm not sure how well this works when both memories are synced within the same session, especially as internal seems to be synced first.

Thanks for the reply, Ill definitely give that a try but the creating playlists with synchronization status involved always end up with completely random songs for some reason
