Sync times out when doing USB Sync on Android Device

Hello,

I'm currently attempting to sync my MMA library with my MMW library over USB, without success. Whenever I attempt to sync I get a few files ported over, but the sync ends up freezing after a few minutes. I'd do a WiFi sync, but that's been utterly failing to connect as well. I've done a full uninstall, deletion of my library and database files, and reinstall.

Which version of MMA and MMW?

For MMW it's 4.1.20.1864, and for MMA it's 1.3.1.0751.

After multiple tries, I managed to get the sync to start, but now I'm getting "Termination Error" messages in MMW, while the program appears to still be open and syncing.

EDIT: Correction - it's throwing a runtime error message.

Possibly related to this issue (I don't know if it relates to the same bug) - but it appears that when I get this timeout error - when the sync does start, it's now copying my entire podcast library over again, as in it's either re-uploading all the podcast files (and leaving the old ones intact), or copying over all the old ones (including re-uploading the ones that I've already listened to and don't want synced.

Ok can you please create MMW debug log as described here https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... ?f=26&t=69 and if you use WiFi sync then after sync is done in MMA send us debug log from ... -> About MediaMonkey -> Send Logs and write it down in Support Ticket along with MMW log.

That would give us enough information on why all is resynced.

The help desk doesn't recognize me as being logged in (it doesn't take the username and password from the forum), so I don't know if I'll be able to submit a debug log through that method.

Unless you have reset password on support it should be the same.

It sent an error report the next time I tried to sync. I'll get a WM log next.

EDIT: For some reason, WMLog is pulling information from my ComicRack database. Is there a reason for that?

That means that ComicRack sends common system Debug MSGs. You can easily Filter it.

You can skip WMLog and just supply one from DBGview that have filtering.
