MediaMonkey for Windows Gold registration information (License Username + License Key) and Codec Pack orders are sent via e-mail as soon as your order is processed. If you haven’t received an e-mail within a few minutes of completing the order, check your spam folder.
If your registration information is missing or lost, it can be retrieved via our license retrieval server (or alternatively, via our store for orders made after January 2025).
If you can’t find your key via the retrieval server, or your Codec Pack is missing, please contact our helpdesk, and provide original MediaMonkey Gold purchase receipt OR the purchase order #.
