Make a post in the skinning forum titled with your skin project's name With a link to the screen shot here at the wiki site.
Project Completer's Make The Player Skin you want to make post a message reply, in the skinning forum's post for the Skin Project you are working with. To let the others know what you are doing, So there is no cross up and have two skinners doing the same thing for the same skinning project. When finished with your part of the skin let the project starter know, so they can give you their email address to have you send your zipped player files to them. The starter of the project will compile the skin when all parts are received. Then post its mmip file on the skin hosting site.
