You can also create a partition on your hard drive & have your music saved there. If you assign the partition to the same drive letter as the drive & path that the music is in on the other computer, then you won't have to change the drive letters around.

the m3u playlist is just a text file with the .m3u extension on it.

open it with notepad or word and find and replace all the C: with F:

then import it if the files are in the same location on drive F then it will work.

Right but if the drive letters are different(i.e. my playlist shows a C: drive and the new drive will be an F: drive), will that work? When I used Winamp, I had to use a program to replace all the C:'s with F:'s.

Is there a utility to export a playlist to a different computer? Everything will be on an external hard drive so the drive letter will be different than the drive letter where the play list wa created.
